Terms of transportation
- The carrier's liability towards the passengers or non transported third party in case of death, physical injury, loss, and other damages is limited by the provisions of the insurance policy contracted by the company.
- The carrier undertakes to use reasonable effort to transport all customers and baggage expeditiously . Schedules are not guaranteed and are not included in these terms. All schedules are subject to modification without prior notice.
- The carrier does not assume any responsibility concerning connection.
- The carrier can, without notice, take other companies to substitute him, use other planes, take other pilotes ; he can modify or cancel stopovers if there's no choice.
- The carrier's exclusion or limitation of liability apply and benefit to his agents, employees, representatives and anyone who pilotes the plane, as well as agents, employees, representatives of this person.
- Passengers are to be taken in accordance with the government's instructions on travel as well as the rules on board.
- The carrier can turn down the transportation if the applicable fare has not been paid
